Client of The Month
A regular feature in our Newsletter highlights one of our very best clients and introduce you to their services.

REAS Transportation

This month, we would like to feature
REAS Transportation.

Some companies move forward with tenacity and fervor.  Some move with passion and zeal.  And some move forward with stability, security and consistency. REAS is an example of the later.  We have worked with REAS for almost 20 years and they have remained unshaken and steady, sensible and unwaivering.  They clearly understand their strengths and capabilities they possess and continue, all these years,  to provide consistency in service and support.  Specializing in the transportation of containers, here is to a fine example of small business keeping it real.

Greetings!
First time readers, welcome! Returning readers, welcome back!   A lot has happened in the last month but we are keeping things close to the vest.  After all, it is the Holiday Season. Thank you for hanging on this year.  It has been very interesting.  The challenges have created new opportunities and brought light to the end of a rather dark tunnel.
By all means, forward to a friend using the link at the bottom of the Newsletter.  Thanks.  Questions?  Email me at rmj@trif.com

For The Loser Now, Will Be Later To Win
For The Times, They Are A Changin'

Bob Dylan sang these words in 1963. Although for quite a different reason, they are still appropriate today.  It has been an eventful year. The depressed economy that befell us in October 2008 has caused us all to take a closer look at the way we run our business.  All of us have tightened our belts, refocused our marketing programs and put our minds back in the business.  It is unlike anything I have seen in more than 25 years.  But all the while, there has been a sense of fearlessness, a tenor of resolve and gutsy New England boldness.

It has been a time of inspiration. You can feel a rising sense of community. Small businesses have a strong camaraderie in this David and Goliath economy of mega-corporation greed and glut.  It is small businesses like ours that will reign victorious in the end.  We are shrewd and quick footed.  We can out maneuver and retool.  Morph and adapt.  Here is to Us!

Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone.
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come writers and critics
Who prophesize with your pen
And keep your eyes wide
The chance won't come again
And don't speak too soon
For the wheel's still in spin
And there's no tellin' who
That it's namin'.
For the loser now
Will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'.
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'.
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'.
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.
The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is
Rapidly fadin'.
And the first one now
Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin'
